I don't remember a time when I wasn't producing some kind of art.
I earned a BFA degree from Beaver College (now Arcadia University) where I studied painting and printmaking with world renowned lithographer, Benton Spruance, and painter and printmaker, John Hathaway.
Years later, I made the switch from oils to watercolor under the tutelage of John Cook of Toledo, Ohio.
While living in Ohio, I worked as a graphic artist for Tiffin University. I also founded the University Gallery to nurture an interest in the arts at the University as well as in the town.  After my retirement and move to New Hampshire, the University built a new and larger gallery and dedicated it to me, something of which I am very proud.
I was a member of the Toledo Artist's Club for many years.  Now I am a member of the Monadnock Art, Friends of the Dublin Art Colony.
I have had a number of solo shows of my work in Philadelphia, Ohio, and New Hampshire.  My paintings can be found in numerous  private and corporate collections throughout the United States.
